Conditions
The homestay program (7 days, 6 nights) usually starts on a Sunday afternoon and ends on the following Saturday morning.
For the “Chambres d’hôtes”, arrivals are after 3pm and departures before 10am with a minimum of 3 nights .
Rooms
I can accommodate up to 6 people at a time, which means that you can
be accompanied by family or friends.
2 ensuite-rooms (25m2) have their own private bathroom and toilets and share a small kitchen that allows for self-catering.
The studio (25m2) with its own kitchen allows for self-catering and has a private terrace.
All of them can accommodate 2 people: king size beds (1x180) that can be separated into two singles (2x90)
They also all have a very private and quiet “extra” room!...the property being set on one hectare of Mediterranean scrub, intermingled with olive trees, agapanthus, lavender and in summer cicadas singing !
Free access to the overflow swimming pool, with views over La Ciotat bay !

A deposit of 20% (see the pricing page) is payable at the time of booking.
In the event of cancellation the deposit paid is not refundable.
L&L will however endeavour to propose another date for which a further deposit will not be required.
The balance due must be received at least 30 days before arrival.
In the event of cancellation less than 30 days before the booking start date, the fee is not refundable. L&L will then endeavour to offer a place at another date at no extra cost.
Note that L&L recommend that you take out personal insurance to cover the cost of cancellation due to accident, illness, etc
Payments can be made in the following ways:

Bank transfer: Please note that transfer & exchange costs are payable by the sender.
